⚙️ Strike System Rules
- Strike Threshold: 3 strikes = automatic 30-day ban
- Auto-Strike Triggers: No-show (QR not scanned), Late deliverables (>72h), Cancellation (<72h)
- Ban Duration: 30 days (configurable in Settings)
- Strike Expiry: Strikes remain permanent (manual removal only)
- Auto-Reactivation: Profile automatically unbanned after ban period ends
- Admin Override: Can manually add/remove strikes or lift bans early
